Prism Viewer Pro – Delete your account

Prism Viewer Pro (Unix CCTV Corp. / UX Networks) lets you create an optional account to keep your recorder list on all your phones. You can delete that account at any time.

Delete the account in the app

Open the app and go to the Account tab.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

The deletion takes effect immediately.

If you can no longer sign in, email cloud@unixcctv.us from the email address of the account. We delete the account within 30 days of your request.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email address and hashed password) in Firebase Authentication.
Your synced recorder list: names, addresses, serial numbers, ports, login IDs and — if you had "Include recorder passwords" turned on — recorder passwords.
The push notification tokens registered for your phones.

What is kept

Nothing is kept on our servers after the account is deleted. Data stored on your phone (recorders, snapshots, settings) is yours and is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
